I received the BOB and on my first jogging trip tire had popped. Could have been the pump that was not calibrated correctly or the heat since I am in Miami. Anyway, I wanted to exchange the stroller for another one and, for the first time, went through the Amazon Return Center. What a nice experience!
The only thing I had to do was print a barcode and re-pack the product in its original box. Amazon scheduled a pre-paid shipment pick up, and I had to pay $0. While all this happened, Amazon shipped the exchange product and whithin 5 days, I had the new product and returned the defective one.
The good thing is that I purchased the stroller directly from Amazon, and not at the Amazon marketplace. The peace of mind of their return policies makes it easy to decide what to purchase.

I bought this stroller awhile back, and at first felt a little bad for spending that much on a stroller. But, I broke down and finally bought it...and I do NOT regret it! The recline is 70 degrees, which is good for infants, and the ride is very smooth. she doesn't even notice when we're walking on bumpy grass! I would recommend this to anyone!

 I can NOT feel the weight of my children when I push them in the BOB!!!!! Parents, you realize how incredible this is. The stroller is easier to push than my single stroller! And I am not exaggerating. That was the first thing that got me because frankly I was not interested in a jogger. AND....get this... my 3 year old does not make the stroller pull to one side, even when he rides solo!!!

I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who has an active lifestyle. It folds up easily is more compact than my Graco Metrolite stroller and is easy to manuever through isles while shopping. My daughter loves it and I have received compliments on it from EVERYONE anytime I go somewhere.

BOB does a great job of providing each child with his/her own space. I test "pushed" a few other double strollers and found that the kids were practically leaning on each other.
